Information We Do NOT Collect

We want to be clear: TikSaves does not collect, store, or share any personal information. Specifically:

  • We do not require registration or account creation
  • We do not collect your name, email address, or any contact information
  • We do not store the TikTok URLs you submit
  • We do not store downloaded videos on our servers
  • We do not use tracking cookies, analytics, or fingerprinting
  • We do not share data with third parties

How Our Service Works

When you paste a TikTok URL and click download:

  1. Your TikTok URL is sent to our server to fetch the video metadata
  2. Our server queries our API source to get the video download link
  3. The video file is streamed directly to you through our server
  4. No data is permanently stored on our servers

Local Storage

We use your browser's local storage solely to remember your theme preference (light/dark mode). This data never leaves your browser and is not accessible to us. You can clear this data at any time through your browser settings.

Caching

Our server temporarily caches video metadata for up to one hour to improve performance for repeat requests. This cache contains only video metadata (title, thumbnail URL, download URLs) and is automatically deleted after one hour. No personal information is cached.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Google Fonts — For typography (Inter font). Google may collect usage data as described in their privacy policy.
  • GSAP (GreenSock) — For animations, loaded from Cloudflare CDN.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook pixels, or any other tracking or advertising scripts.

Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
